Hockey Stick Blade Requirement

We received a complaint today from City of Richmond and Richmond Secondary school regarding use of wooden and colored sticks marking up the floor. We don't want to risk losing this gym because of improper stick use. We've let City of Richmond and Richmond Secondary know that we will be using proper blades to avoid marking up the gym floor.

So going forward here are the rules regarding hockey sticks:

1. Ensure your stick has a NON-COLORED and NON-WOODEN blade. Buy a clear composite/graphite/fiberglass blade.
2. If you have a colored or wooden blade you won't be allowed to play.

I have a left handed stick with fiber glass blade if someone wants to borrow it. Let me know. Jimmy will be inspecting each blade prior to play and sending out text messages = )

2007-2008 Schedule

Location: Richmond Secondary School 7171 Minoru Blvd. [Gym across the street from BrigHouse Lacrosse Box.]
Time: Every Tuesday 7pm - 9pm. See schedule below.
Cost: $8/week or $30/month (cheaper if you come monthly).
Equipment Requirement: Important.No wooden sticks allowed, can use composite, graphite, fiberglass or plastic.

Update: Jan 15th - Missed game on Jan 22nd and Nov 27th will be rescheduled, I've talked to Brenda at Rentals and she will let me know by Jan 16-17th when we can re-schedule.
